How to store our Pitas

Our pita bread stays fresh for up to 12 hours at room temperature in an airtight bag.
For longer storage, you can freeze our pita bread, and it will maintain its quality for up to 1 month. The best way to thaw our pita bread is to sprinkle a little water on the pita and place it in the microwave (at 800 watts) for about 50-60 seconds (do not overheat).
Oven Method:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Sprinkle a little water on the frozen pita and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes until warm and soft.
